Worm City team is building a unique Worm Metaverse with AAA-game experience (Fall Guys®-like mechanics and gameplay, coming Q2 ‘22), Worm NFT marketplace (coming Q1 ‘22), lootboxes and upgradeable seasonal NFTs (coming soon on Roadmap milestone #4). WORM token or $WORM is the main utility token of the platform.
Our goal is to create a platform based on NFT assets and $WORM tokens that will allow every individual to seamlessly trade, interact and earn all over the Worm City Metaverse.
To achieve this goal, we have developed one of the rarest NFT collections of 11,111 Worms launching on Ethereum blockchain December 28th, 10PM UTC+0.
$WORM holders will be able to earn $WORM token by:
● Playing the game (tbd on stage 4 of the Roadmap).
● Staking their NFTs on the Worm NFT Marketplace.
● Staking $WORM on the Worm NFT Marketplace.
● Farming $WORM with providing liquidity.
● Lending their Worm NFT in a game to get more $WORM rewards and XP for their characters.
● Taking or providing crypto loans with $WORM tokens.
● Deflationary mechanics rewarding $WORM token holders with 5% fee : 2,5% per every tx goes to the liquidity pool, 2,5% goes to all $WORM token holders equal to their token share.
The Community Treasury will be available at stage 4 of the Worm City roadmap and will go live soon after achieving this milestone. Revenues generated by Worm City Metaverse will drop here. NFT holders will be able to vote where to spend Treasury funds including the amount of it. Worm City Mayor signature will be required to sign and confirm every voting result. Worm City Mayor NFT holder will become a community representative on the Treasury and the biggest beneficiary of all initiatives and Worm Metaverse products.
$WORM tokenomics
ALL whitelisted users and NFT holders eligible for airdrop will be able to stake, spend and use $WORM tokens for upgrades.
TOTAL SUPPLY — 100,000,000 $WORM.
1. Worm City NFT holders: 10,000,000 (10%):
- Seed NFT presale. Early NFT holders airdrop, 1,000 $WORM per NFT: 113,000 (linear vesting for 12 months).
- NFT main sale for whitelisted wallets (snapshot was taken Dec. 1 based on OpenSea activity for the last 3 months). Whitelisted NFT holders that buy Worm City NFTs will get 500 $WORM per NFT: 5,499,000 (linear vesting for 9 months).
- NFT main sale for everyone. Every NFT holder will get an additional reward, 200 $WORM tokens per NFT: 2,199,600 (1st unlock is 25%, then linear vesting for 9 months).
- All unclaimed tokens will be burnt. A snapshot will be taken in January on a random Ethereum block to collect all the data on holders and airdrop appropriate allocation per every holder.
2. Presale for NFT holders only for Liquidity Generation Event: 6,000,000 (6%) $WORM tokens.
3. Public token sale for Liquidity Generation Event: 4,000,000 (4%) tokens.
Liquidity pool: 100% from both presale and public sale funds collected.
4. Team: 7,000,000 (7%) $WORM tokens (vested for 12 months, linear monthly unlocks) to use for development & reserve.
5. Advisors, auditors, partnerships and listings on exchanges: 13,000,000 $WORM tokens (13%) (going under multisignature from team representatives and Worm City Mayor NFT holder).
6. Platform utility, staking rewards, farming, gaming rewards to be earned/mined out: 60,000,000 (60%) of $WORM tokens. This amount can be decreased, burned, or transferred regarding NFT holders voting results.

— Worm NFT marketplace to be launched with breeding, evolving, lending, NFT staking features coming with lootboxes and seasonal passes for Worm City NFT holders.
Q2 2022
— WORM CITY game launch with the NFT login system, lending NFTs to gain XP, evolve NFTs, customize characters and competitions with other players and friends to earn $WORM token rewards and other prizes. WORM CITY game title is going to be featured on Epic Games Store.
— $WORM token CEX listings and partnerships to increase Worm City Metaverse utility.
